What this site knows about you

Almost nothing, on purpose.

No cookies of mine, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no ads. The fonts and the artwork are served from this site. The one thing every page loads from another company is a visit counter, below, which counts visits without identifying you.

Counting visits

To know how many people stop by, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and does not fingerprint or identify you. For each page you open it records the page address, the page that sent you here, your browser and type of device, your country, and how long the page took to load. Cloudflare processes it for me, under Cloudflare's privacy policy, and it is not sold or shared.

Twitch, only when you say yes

My TV, the reruns of my clips it plays when I am offline, and the clips in my VCR all play through Twitch's own player. Nothing from Twitch loads until you allow it, with Allow in the Cookies and motion panel (pressing the TV's power opens it if you have not answered yet) or Allow and play on a tape. Once it loads, Twitch receives your IP address and sets its own cookies, under Twitch's privacy notice.

When the TV shows my live stream, it uses Twitch's own player script, so the sound can fade out when you scroll the TV away and come back when you return. That script comes from Twitch and runs on this page, and like everything else from Twitch it loads only after you allow it.

Whether I am live is asked of Twitch by this site's server, never by your browser. While the TV is on, your browser asks this site about once a minute, and that question goes no further.

You can take that back any time with Cookies and motion at the foot of every page. The player is removed at once. Cookies Twitch already set belong to twitch.tv and are cleared from your browser's settings.

What your browser keeps for this site

Only what you choose, in your browser's local storage, never sent to me:

• st-twitch: whether you allowed Twitch's player.
• st-motion: whether you turned motion on or off.
• st-prefs: that you answered the panel, so it stops asking.

Clearing this site's data in your browser removes all three.

The commission form

The form does not send anything. It puts your request together so you can copy it and send it to me yourself on Discord, and nothing you type leaves your browser until you do.

The server

Like every website, the server that delivers these pages sees the IP address each request comes from. This site does not keep a record of who visits. It is hosted by Fly.io, under Fly.io's privacy policy.

Links out

Links to Twitch, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, StreamElements and Throne take you to those services, which have their own policies once you are there.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect anything from them.

Asking about your data

Wherever you live, you can ask what I have about you and ask me to delete it. Since this site stores nothing, that only ever means a request you sent me. Message me on Discord.
